Do you have some great eco-ideas that you’d like to share with other green-minded people?  Or maybe you just want to meet eco-friendly folks like yourself?  There’s a local group where you’ll fit right in called, ‘Green Drinks.”

Green Drinks is an international organization with chapters all over the world.  The Las Vegas group is fairly young and will celebrate its two-year anniversary next month.  It doesn’t cost anything to join or attend the meetings.  You don’t have to work in an eco-field to be part of the group; you just have to have an interest in the environment and a passion to help save the planet.

The group meets every 2nd Thursday of the month at the Wolfgang Puck Cafe at the Springs Preserve.  The chat session starts at 6:00 and lasts until about 7:30 - or until the last green topic is consumed.  And it’s free!  You do have to buy your own drinks - green or otherwise.  Check it out and let me know what you think.
